EMessaging is a quick and easy way to stay in contact with us at GTC Direct.
It works on a process very similar to a simple email system whereby you create a new
message, give it a title and type your message. Then you send it to us here at GTC Direct
where one of our staff will process the message and respond to you.
There is no need for an email program as the EMessaging system is integrated into the website.
You can check on the progress of a message by logging into your account and viewing your messages.
A message has five different states as shown below

Waiting for you to read
Read in your EBox
Read by you and awaiting a reply or closure
Unread in our EBox
Waiting for us to read
Read in our EBox
Read by us awaiting a reply
Closed
Old messages no longer in use
Once you have read an EMessage you can either reply to it or close it. The messages can be passed backwards
and forwards until the process is completed.
When you place an order with GTC Direct, confirmation of this order is via EMessage and any updates on your order
will also be sent via EMessage. You will also get an initial confirmation of your order via email. For more details on

In order to use the EMessage system you need to Create an Account. This is free
and only takes a minute to do. As well as EMessaging you get the full range of services offered by GTC Direct to our account holders
